Must Have Apps and Programs for Creative Entrepreneurs
There are so many apps and programs out there, it’s hard to know which one to try. Many times there is such a learning curve - it takes time to figure out how to USE the program and to see if you even LIKE it. Well rest assured. I have spent/wasted plenty of time trying to figure this all out, and I am sharing my must haves with you so you can save some stress and aggravation.
I love Honeybook! It is a great CRM. If you don’t know what CRM is, it stands for Customer-Relationship Management program. That is a fancy term for a program that allows you to interact with your clients in an effective, yet profession way. The fee for Honeybook is very reasonable - I think of it as my online secretary. I use it to keep track of all my income for the year, all of my contracts are housed there, and it even interacts with my calendar for booking events and calls so that I am never over booked. I also use it for all of my client touch points. I send proposals, questionnaires, thank you notes, random emails and payment reminders all from Honeybook. But don’t get overwhelmed. Honeybook has a robust automation aspect to it, so once it gets set up, Honeybook will push these items out at the right time. And if you aren’t very computer savvy (or you are limited on time) there is a great concierge department at Honeybook to get you all set up.

This app is great! I actually used to hate Pinterest. I felt like it was too time consuming. My coach talked me into trying it out and I was instantly sold. It is super easy to set up, and tailwind finds all of your optimal posting times for you. Another great thing - you can get 100 posts for free. That was about 1 month for me. I was able to see traffic to my Pinterest account and my website within 1 week. And I am happy to say at this point, each month is improving. Tailwind also can be set up for Instagram posts as well, but I haven’t tried that out. If you have a modest budget for advertising, I think $15/mo is reasonable that can fit into most budgets. If you would like a $15 coupon, simply use this coupon code, you won’t be disappointed.
